As part of our 20th Anniversary celebrations, the Q-Sourcing Servtec Group team embarked on an unforgettable four-day hike to Mt. Elgon, one of East Africa’s most iconic mountain destinations. More than just an adventure, the hike served as a powerful reflection of the journey we have taken over the last two decades as an organization.
The challenge brought together team members from Q-Sourcing Servtec Uganda, united by a common goal to reach the summit through perseverance, teamwork, and determination. Over four demanding days, we navigated steep trails, changing terrain, and physical exhaustion, all while encouraging one another to keep moving forward.
The experience mirrored many of the realities of our 20-year journey. Success has never been achieved in a single step. It has been built through consistency, resilience, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Just as every section of the mountain required preparation and endurance, every milestone in our growth has required dedication and collective effort.
The hike also provided an opportunity to strengthen bonds, celebrate achievements, and appreciate the incredible people who have contributed to our success over the years. Standing at higher elevations and taking in the breathtaking views reminded us of how far we have come and inspired us to continue striving for even greater heights.
As we celebrate 20 years of service, growth, and impact across the region, the Mt. Elgon hike stands as a symbol of who we are as an organization- resilient, ambitious, and always ready to embrace new challenges.
The summit was not the end of the journey but it was also a reminder that there are many more peaks to conquer.
