Over recent months, Q-Sourcing brought suppliers and partners together through Supplier Engagement Conferences in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda.
The goal was straightforward: to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, understand expectations and explore how we can work better together.
We wanted to share our direction, listen to our partners and have honest conversations about what good collaboration looks like.
