The Q-Sourcing Servtec Uganda team stepped away from desks and deadlines to reconnect with something even more powerful — each other.
Under the theme “Unplug to Recharge,” we kicked off the day early, leaving the office at 6 A.M. for a full day immersed in nature, fun, and team spirit at The Great Outdoors. From the first laugh to the final group photo, the energy was electric.
What made the day special?
- Team bonding activities that brought out collaboration, creativity, and plenty of laughs
- Sporty dress code + QSS blue t-shirts — the perfect combo for comfort and company pride
- Moments of relaxation that reminded us of the power of taking a break
- Swimming for the adventurous — because some teammates couldn’t resist the splash!
- By 7 P.M., we returned home recharged, not just physically but mentally and emotionally. It was more than just a team-building day — it was a celebration of who we are when we come together.
