JOB TITLE: CASUAL EMPLOYEE 

About This Job: 

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan. 

We are looking for competent, skilled, and reliable Casual Employees to support our operations in Kitui, Kisumu, Mombasa, Kisii, Eldoret, and Nairobi, Kenya on an as-needed basis. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to perform various tasks based on business requirements. 

Job Purpose 

To provide flexible, on-demand support to operations by performing assigned tasks efficiently, maintaining workplace cleanliness and safety, and adhering to company policies and procedures while working as part of a team. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Task Execution 

• Work under the supervision of the assigned manager to complete tasks efficiently. 
• Assist in specific tasks based on the industry (e.g., customer service, stock handling, administrative work). 
• Adapt to different roles and responsibilities based on business needs. 

2. Workplace Safety & Compliance 

• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow health and safety guidelines. 
• Follow company policies and procedures while on duty. 
• Ensure total compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 
• Report any disciplinary issues to the HR department. 

3. Teamwork & Communication 

• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues. 
• Maintain staff attendance records and report to management as required. 

Qualification and Experience 

Education 

• Must have at least a Form 4 certificate (high school completion). 
• A college certificate in any field will be an added advantage. 
• Must reside in the advertised locations or their immediate surroundings. 

Core Competencies 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required. 
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and compliance. 
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently. 
• Physically able to handle tasks that may require lifting, standing for long hours, or other physical activity (if applicable). 
• High integrity and accountability.
