Reports to: Group Chief Executive Officcer
Group remit: Core organisation and client-deployed workforce
Strategic home: Brand Pillar
Pillar arrowhead: Group Head of Marketing
Location: Any East African country where Q-Sourcing operates
Direct reports: Talent and HRBP; Compensation and Benefitts HR Operations;

Principal accountabilities
- Design the organisation
Translate enterprise strategy into structures, critical roles, decision rights, spans
and interfaces across the Group, countries, service lines and project sites. - Build the leadership engine
Defitne leadership standards, assess the bench, strengthen succession and use Q
Ademy and real assignments to build capability. - Make performance work
Install a practical rhythm that converts priorities into role outcomes, measures,
review, coaching and consequences. - Expose workforce economics
Partner with Finance and operating leaders to distinguish core and deployed
workforce economics and improve productivity and return on payroll. - Strengthen the employee promise
Align leadership behaviour, employee experience, eNPS and internal
communication with the promise Q-Sourcing makes to clients and the market. - Build the people function
Test the proposed three-seat structure, appoint the required capability and establish
clear professional and operating interfaces across countries.
Authority and accountability The role sets the Group people architecture and standards, leads the people system and has direct CEO access on material organisation,leadership and people risk. Operating leaders retain P&L, client delivery and local execution accountability.
Rquired Background and qualifications
- A strong fitrst degree in business, economics, fitnance, engineering, organisational psychology, human resources, law, behavioural or social
sciences. - A postgraduate or professional people qualifitcation is useful, not mandatory.
- Approximately ten or more years of relevant experience, including signifitcant responsibility for organisation, people, transformation or workforce outcomes.
