Q-Sourcing Servtec marked a major milestone as staff, clients, partners, alumni, and well-wishers came together to celebrate 20 years of growth, resilience, and impact.

The anniversary celebration was more than a reflection on the past. It was a moment to honour the people, partnerships, and shared commitment that have shaped the Q-Sourcing Servtec journey across the region.

Over the last two decades, Q-Sourcing Servtec has grown from its beginnings in Uganda into a regional organisation with a footprint across several African markets. Through recruitment, manpower management, productivity solutions, training, assessment, certification, and mobility support, the company has continued to play a meaningful role in connecting people to opportunities and helping organisations build stronger teams.

A key highlight of the evening was the recognition of individuals and teams whose dedication has contributed to the company’s success over the years. Awards were presented to outstanding staff, long-serving team members, high-performing teams, and partners who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, excellence, and service.

Among those recognised were the inaugural country heads; Patricia Masiko, Diana Mutesi, Steven Kinuka, including a posthumous recognition for the late Eng. Simon Peter Ssekitolekko. Various staff members i.e. Kevin Nalungu, Lorna Ama Akot, Barbara Balya, Timothy Kuyiakix, Simon Kamau, Erick Mallya were also recognised for living the company values in their daily work. The awards served as a reminder that the Q-Sourcing Servtec story has been built by people who continue to show up with passion, professionalism, and purpose.

The evening also marked the official launch of Q-Ademy, a new chapter in skills development, workforce readiness, and continuous learning. Q-Ademy reflects Q-Sourcing Servtec’s commitment to preparing individuals and organisations for the future of work through practical training, assessment, certification, and capacity-building solutions.
