Position Overview

The Project administrator is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with strategic clients. This role ensures customer satisfaction, drives revenue growth, and acts as the primary liaison between the company and its most important projects. The project administrator will identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and deliver tailored solutions that align with client objectives and the company’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, in full, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure, ensure and report project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate matters to senior management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with clients, staffs and other stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management and ensure all identified risks are mitigated to a minimal level.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Champion safe work procedures and conditions ensuring zero injury to staff.
  • Respond to inquiries, requests, and complaints from clients and staffs through multiple channels, including phone, email, physical, chat etc.
  • Provide accurate and timely information, guidance, and assistance to resolve staffs issues and concerns.
  • Ensure service to client and staffs is offered as per the SLA and within the contracted pricing
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client/staffs’ issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Develop account plans that align with client needs and company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, Human Resource Management sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Location & Travel

  • Based in Juba with frequent field visits.
