Making yourself step away from the day-to-day duties of running your business is hard to do. Not to mention taking the key members of your management team with you. That said, the dividends that you can reap from a well-organized and well-run management retreat, one that has a proper action plan and follow-up, are worth every hour and coin invested.
Members of the management team at Q-Sourcing Servtec group had one such retreat, hosted by our Rwanda team, led by Steven Kinuka, the Q-Sourcing Servtec group managing partner with an itinerary created and manned by the staff at Q-Sourcing Servtec Rwanda.
It was an insightful, eye-opening experience that involved a perfect balance between business and fun. We had an in-depth engagement on pertinent issues as far as the vision for our clients and teams in Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania and South Sudan are concerned, brilliant ideas were exchanged and for some of the newer staff members, this was a great opportunity to meet each other face to face.
