At the Uganda Revenue Authority taxpayer’s appreciation week, our very own Shamim Nabaggala Walusimbi Nsubuga was appointed as the Chief Moderator of the Employment Center panel discussions. This time round, the annual three-day event brought together the best Human Resource Consultancy firms in Uganda in an effort to give back to the community by sharing insight on career planning, positioning oneself for career success, career counselling and coaching.
The sessions also encompassed keynote speakers such as Mr Moses Mbubi Witta – President of the Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda (HRMAU), Mr Patrick Ngolobe – CEO Africa Executive Leadership Solutions/ HRMAU President emeritus and Ms Racheal Mwine-HR Business Partner, Andela Uganda.
Throughout the event, Shamim ably led the audience of individuals in the job market and general public through a series of key issues addressed to and answered by a total of fifteen HR experts allocated to their respective panels by creating questions and scenarios that clearly reflected the subtopics assigned, as other members of the Q-Sourcing Servtec team handled queries from the general public in the exhibition booth.
