The day came to a close with much needed wise words from group CEO Mr. Patrick Mbonye with the highlight being his emphasis on the need for each professional to acknowledge their level of experience and competence and making it a habit to seek opportunities, promotions and higher pay accordingly as opposed to merely demanding this elevation with a sense of entitlement.
