QSS Women-out and about

Q-Sourcing Servtec Group female staff members took some time off work to celebrate international women’s day, a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality. This year’s theme, #ichoosetochallenge served as a reminder that a challenged world is an alert world and that women are individually responsible for their own thoughts and actions – all day, every day.

The team in Uganda invited Ruby Engena, a multi-talented female speaker, entertainer, and business professional to share insights, interact with the female staff at Q-Sourcing Uganda and also have some fun with the ladies. Likewise, the team in Kenya and the team in Tanzania stepped out of the usual office routine to pamper and relax in celebration of how far they have come and reflect on what they hope to accomplish. Unfortunately, because of the lockdown situation in Rwanda, the ladies over there had to celebrate remotely.

At Q-Sourcing Servtec Group, creating an atmosphere of trust at work, in which professional development and equal opportunities are guaranteed for the entire workforce regardless of their gender is paramount.
