About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client Lionpro group ltd, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Sales and Marketing Executives to work in Kampala Uganda.
Reporting to: Country director.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
- Establish and grow our market share by developing and maintaining relationships with major group and clients
- Supports the country director in preparing the department budget as well as the company’s overall sales goals and strategy.
- On board new clients.
- Conducting follow-ups on the clients.
- Conduct yourself as a professional representative of the company and adhere to the guidelines of the budget and marketing plan.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- previous sales experience working in an agricultural industry is preferred.
- 1 or more years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in agricultural environment.
- Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Should have a commercial mindset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages that is Excel, word etc
