Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Corporate Sales Manager (Auto) to work in Kampala, Uganda.

Key Roles and responsibilities:

Manage a Sales team in consistently meeting and surpassing sales and customer delight targets.
Drive the sales team to set aggressive, but realistic, monthly & annual objectives and provide them with the support required to attain those objectives.
Follow up, as appropriate, on all potential buyers, by creating, implementing and closely monitoring a customer prospect and sales control system.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective listening to the voice of customers.
Lead the Sales team in championing a customer centric culture with intimate knowledge of customer needs and purchase cycles through regular customer visits and interactions.
Work closely with the Marketing function in developing creative and innovative campaigns promotions that stimulate demand and drive consumer preference for Double Q vehicles
Coach the Sales team using a system of group and one-on—one meetings, regular observation of individual selling skills, and daily feedback to Account Executives about strengths, weaknesses, sales performance, and goal setting.
Promote kaizen culture in sales processes with a view of continuously improving on speed and efficiencies.

Qualifications/ skills/ knowledge required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales, and Marketing or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in Sales and Business Development in Automobile Industry with demonstrated ability in leading teams to consistently exceed targets.
Experience in high value business to business (B28) negotiations will be an added advantage
Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing employees
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to sell value
Demonstrated Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to maximize business opportunities
