About This Job:

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Direct Sales Executive to work in Kampala Uganda.

Job Purpose

The Direct Sales Executive is responsible for generating and closing MiFi & Retail Post-paid (RPP) Sales for the company’s Broadband. This includes both through individual, corporate, home and office internet sales leads.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Generation

  • Generate MiFi & RPP sales through field activities.
  • Achieve monthly communicated sales target for Contact, Demonstrations and Sales (CDS), through;
  • Pitching the correct spiel as per consumer need identified
  • Establishing contact with the customer in the field through cold calls, referral calls, Door to Door, Sales Demo activations, etc.
  • Demonstrate the product to the customer and convert sales.
  • Follow-up on prospects to convert into sales

Customer Database Management

  • Compile customer data base of both on-boarded customers and prospect and submit to Supervisor on a daily basis

Market development Customer Service

  • Provide field feedback to management
  • Attend to or escalate customer complaints to Supervisor or Lead-Direct Sales Channel

 

Meetings, Reports and Conduct

  • Submit Daily reports, before Close of Business (Sales, Leads, Challenges/ Issues)
  • Participate in Meetings and trainings as scheduled by Supervisor (regular and Impromptu)
  • Adhere to Routes and Journey Plans as directed or agreed upon by the supervisor and Lead-Direct Sales.
  • Ensure adherence to Regulatory, Airtel, Agency policies, Processes, Procedures and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum Diploma or its equivalent
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Male or Female preferably less than 30 years of age
  • Energetic, willing to spend 8-10 hrs selling Out Door Unit in the field
  • Well-groomed and presentable.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill (able to form working relationship with the co-workers)
  • Ability to learn new concepts
  • Result orientation and strong execution ability
  • Strong Selling skills
