POSITION: HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING
AD Finance is an African ICT company created in 2007 with Head Quarters in Kigali, Rwanda. We provide broad software solutions to various industries including Microfinance, Banks, Bars and Restaurants, Manufacturing, Pharmacies etc.
AD FINANCE’s solutions and services are used in 7 different African Countries. The company has a multi-disciplinary team of 30 professionals and has 2 subsidiaries.
The role is responsible for the management and leadership of the sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing the sales team to ensure that targets are met. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and providing support to the sales team
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Setting sales targets together with the sales team
- Manage post-sales communications for customers to help deliver on the brand promise
- Conduct market research on the competitor activities in the region
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Drawing up and implementing the department budget
- Analyze trends and results and generates timely sales reports
- Bachelor’s degree in business or any other related field.
- Having at least 5-year-experience in sales. Tech sector preferably
- Must be bilingual (Strong writing & speaking skills in both English & French)
- Strong communication skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask
- Professional attitude and appearance
