About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for competent, skilled and experienced Office Admin to work in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Run the company’s daily activities
- Manage the CEO’s office
- Assist in the HR work( staff matters)
- Any other duty given by the supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma in business related field
- Having worked for a start up
- Over 5 years’ experience
- IT background would be an added advantage
- Detail-oriented and highly safety-conscious
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
