On behalf of our client who is in the hospitality industry, we are looking for competent, skilled, and experienced Sales & Service Agents to work in Nairobi.

Job Role Description


We are looking for an organized, experienced Sales & Service Agents to help in the promotion and marketing of the shop

Roles and responsibilities

  1. Financials-Meets shift sales targets
  2. Cash management-Ensures shifts sales tally
  3. Greet customers with enthusiasm, politeness and hospitality
  4. Take orders of customers diligently & respecting the SOP
  5. Advise the customers on menu items
  6. Arrange table setting and maintain the tables to be clean and tidy
  7. Ensure all tasks are performed in a speedy yet orderly fashion and that the outcome meets the quality standards.
  8. Promote the restaurant location
  9. Sells the location for hosting events
  10. Proactively recommend marketing /activation actions
  11. Advise customers on menu items
  12. Ensure the service to customers is in line with Company’ standards
  13. Serves the customers in a timely manner and with hospitality
  14. Supervises the quality of the food going to customers
  15. Participate in the preparation and holding of events
  16. Participate in the preparation and holding of events
  17. Provide feedback to the manager, regarding customer complaints, expectations, and perception about the business

Qualifications and Skills required.


  1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
  2. Degree/Diploma in Business management
  3. Prior experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus


  1. He/she follows all of the Company’s policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) that may be updated from time to time
  2. He/she follows all the requirements with regards to personal hygiene, health regulations and requirements and food safety management
  3. He/she leaves his/her personal issues at the door and always ensures the most hospitable experience possible for customers
  4. He/she always speaks up about issues impacting the operations, at the right moment and with the right/respectful words
  5. He/she cooperates with all his/her colleagues including the staff from other teams (kitchen, cleaning, stock, etc.)
