QSSK-QSS-SE Sales Executive- Service

Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and South Sudan.

We are looking for a competent Sales Executive – Service to meet set target and satisfy clients.

The key responsibility for this function is Sales & Marketing of Q-Sourcing Services to various clients in designated locations.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively source for Leads to actualize contractual engagements between Q-Sourcing and potential Clients.
• Maps markets and identifies customers/ segments for the Brand.
• Develops corporate and retail customers; monitors key activities leading to overall increase in customer satisfaction index in the company.
• Develops and executes promotional requirements Brand.
• Creates brand awareness in the market of jurisdiction.
• Follows up customers through mails and phone contacts to achieve set sales targets.
• Penetrates new markets and business opportunities for the brand.
• Provides market intelligence to the Line Manager and closes deals in the earliest possible time.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and comfort with the product.
• Attends trade exhibitions, conferences and submits reports in a timely manner.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent of the same.
• Bachelor of commerce -Sales, Marketing, or relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Self-Starters willing to grow in the Business Outsourcing Industry.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable within the role.
• MUST possess a Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
• MUST possess a Valid Fit to Work Certificate from a Qualified Medical Practitioner.
• Above 2 Years’ experience in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Must have served in a Competitive environment.
