About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced EXECUTIVE DRIVER to work in Nairobi.
Job Role Description
The overall purpose of this role is to drive the MD in a safe and timely manner.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive keeping the road safety regulations all the time.
- Be punctual and be at least 15 minutes before the designated time and place.
- Display good behavior, excellent manners, and a helping attitude.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all conversations and information heard during transport assignments.
- Arrange for vehicle care and maintenance (i.e., oil change, tire rotation, cleaning, etc.)
- Maintain awareness of current road systems and conditions by monitoring news and traffic reports, and adjusting routes as necessary to avoid delays.
- Candidates should be attentive and available on an immediate call basis at any time including weekends.
- Execute any other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director from time to time.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Minimum of a certificate or diploma in a business-related field
- Valid driving license
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB COMPETENCIES
- Attended a First-Aid Certificate Course
- Passed Suitability Test for Driver
- Valid police clearance certificate
- A clean driving record
- Familiarity with GPS devices
- A polite and professional disposition
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations
- Defensive driving is an added advantage
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- years of proven experience as an Executive Driver, in a similar role.
