On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Packer to work in Nairobi.
Job Role Description
Responsible for carrying out a smooth daily operation related to Physical Records Management, Electronic Records Management, Media Vaulting and Fixed
Roles and responsibilities
- Coordinates information creation, receipt, storage, retrieval and dispositions Ensures security and preservation of records.
- Ensures Confidentiality of records Works with user departments on special information research and retrieval to ensure that all information needs are met Packing and Inventory of boxes / files / media as per KPI and Company policies & Procedures.
- Receiving boxes / files / Media as per KPI and Company Policies & Procedures.
- Retrieving boxes / files / Media as per KPI and Company Policies & Procedures.
- Delivering boxes / files / Media as per KPI and Company Policies & Procedures.
- Attending Scan on Demand requests as per KPI and company Policies and Procedures
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- Secondary school
- Certificate or Diploma
- Good English
- Computer literacy.
