Job Details:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the team in attracting, sourcing and selecting quality talent who help the business achieve their strategic objectives


  1. Implement the annual recruitment plan based on the manpower plan
  2. Support team in sourcing external talent for current and future positions
  3. Understand the business objectives and ongoing workforce plan
  4. Maintain relationship with line managers to stay up to date with the current and future talent requirements
  5. Provide first review and initial screening of CVs received
  6. Ensure the potential talent pool is at a sufficient level to fulfil organization needs
  7. Support the candidate aptitude and psychological assessment process
  8. Manage candidate interview schedules
  9. Help with identifying and managing external recruitment agencies and overseas vendors
  10. Support the review of performance for agencies and vendors
  11. Carry out the Audit process for the performance of vendors in order to evaluate their performance
  12. Support the execution open days as per company specifications and standards
  13. Research methods to help identify new opportunities to promote the organization as a preferred employer
  14. Ensure that our client recruitment portal follows the set policies and procedures
  15. Ensure that the means of internal and external communication are in line with the overall company strategy
  16. Implement the proper conservation and protection of the company database
  17. Update and maintain weekly, quarterly and annual reports
  18. Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work
  19. Apply and follow our client’s Retail’s Human Capital corporate policies and relevant procedures and instructions
  20. Provide training and feedback to direct reportees when required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  2. 0-2 years’ experience in a similar position, retail experience is preferred
  3. Result oriented
  4. Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
  5. Good time management skills
  6. High attention to detail
