On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Technical Trainer to work in Nairobi, Kenya.
Job Summary
The Job holder shall be responsible for enhancing the Technical Knowledge of Aftersales staff.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Designing Training Content in liaison with Business.
- Designing a Training Calendar in Liaison Line Manager/HOD
- Training Needs Analysis.
- Facilitate Technical Trainings for Aftersales Staff
- Follow up after training to assess Training effectiveness.
- Support Workshop duties as a technician as when requested.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Automotive/ Mechanical engineering or related field.
- Computer knowledge.
- 3 years’ hands on experience in Training – Technical Area.
- Must have good technical knowledge – Aftersales.
Preferred work Experience
- Experience in Automotive Industry.
- Has worked with Systems.
