CLIENT: Q-SOURCING RWANDA LTD
POSITION: TALENT EXECUTIVE
Summary of the Role: The position holder will be the main point of contact in the Talent Acquisition team to provide Recruitment services to our clients with a keen emphasis on attention to detail and efficiency throughout.
Main Duties
- Manage all recruitment assignments using all platforms to ensure clients’ needs are met
- Review the Talent and Acquisition manual to master the overall processes and procedures followed
- Prepare and generate reports at all stages of recruitment assignments with timely feedback
- Document all recruitment records in an orderly procedure following ISO standards
- Follow up with the Commercial team on the preparation of recruitment proposals, bids & agreements
- Follow up with the Commercial team on client feedback surveys and mitigations plans
- Follow up with the Commercial team to analyze competition so as to have a competitive edge
- Follow up with the Projects and Commercial team on additional services to provide the existing clients
- Maintain a risk register (Issue Log) and ensure periodical reviews
- Perform any other role/duty that is related to your work
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Administration, or any relevant discipline
- 2 years of working experience in talent matching/recruitment is an advantage
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
